Jim is a strategic, mission-driven finance and business executive with extensive leadership experience across global B2B and B2C organizations. Known as a trusted business partner and growth catalyst, he has consistently led companies through mission-critical challenges, delivering sustained operational improvements, multimillion-dollar cost savings, enhanced profitability, and increased shareholder value. Throughout his career, Jim has built a reputation for sound fiscal leadership, strategic partnerships, and driving transformational change across diverse industries. Jim serves as a senior advisor to Genpact, helping the firm and its clients achieve transformation objectives across finance, sourcing, and operations. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Accenture, where he led finance and accounting transformation initiatives for global clients. In this role, he advised companies across industries on cost optimization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency, often delivering 40% to 50% run-cost savings while improving capabilities and controls. ​ Prior to Genpact, Jim held the role of Managing Director at Accenture where he led Finance and Accounting transformation initiatives for clients across automotive, consumer products, energy, retail, and telecommunications sectors, helping organizations achieve 40–50% run-cost savings through process optimization, outsourcing, automation, and technology enablement. Previously, as CFO of Fluidic Energy, he partnered with the CEO and Board to secure over $37 million in new capital, supporting product commercialization and growth. He also served as CFO of MD Helicopters, helping drive operational performance and supporting the successful development and deployment of the MD530F military aircraft program. ​ Earlier in his career at Delphi Automotive (APTIV), Jim held several senior executive finance and business development roles across North America, Europe, and Asia. His accomplishments included leading the integration of a $1 billion acquisition and delivering more than $110 million in synergies ahead of schedule, overseeing multibillion-dollar business units, and strengthening financial operations across global markets. Across every stage of his career, Jim has combined strategic vision with operational discipline to accelerate growth, improve performance, and create lasting business value.

Ryan Luke

Ryan is a finance systems architect and FP&A executive with 30 years of enterprise and mid market experience. He builds institutional grade forecasting engines, profitability frameworks, and multi entity consolidation models that replace fragmented processes with automated, real time financial visibility. His work consistently strengthens margin protection, accelerates decision making, and increases enterprise value. Most recently, Ryan has led FP&A and operational finance transformations across technology scale ups, global business services groups, engineering firms, SaaS ventures, and renewable startups. He architected predictive forecasting models that improved cash flow accuracy and capital planning, enabling companies to secure debt and equity rounds. He deployed automated performance management systems that eliminated spreadsheet chaos and standardized job level profitability tracking, resulting in tighter margin control and faster operational response. He built multi entity consolidation structures that unified international financials, producing consistent reporting and optimized working capital allocation across global entities. Earlier in his career, Ryan directed national corporate finance teams within multi billion dollar enterprises. He engineered month end close acceleration through system automation, giving executives immediate visibility into performance. He led SAP FI/CO migrations and enterprise system integrations that modernized financial architecture, reducing operational risk and strengthening governance. He designed capital governance frameworks with rigorous IRR discipline, enabling organizations to prioritize investments and improve long term value creation.
